Nature

When you book a weekend on Texel, you are limited in your time. It is therefore wise to make a schedule in advance, whether or not you want to undertake activities. If you decide to relax for those two days, it is still pleasant to walk or cycle. The nature of Texel is the most exquisite place for this. Active

To walk

If the weather is nice and you like to watch boats, you can watch the funeral or entry of the fishing fleet in Oudeschild or the annual sailing race around Texel that will be held in June.

Excursions

Some tips have already been given to give the weekend a nice interpretation, but there is much more to experience on this versatile Wadden Island. For example, you can also go on an adventure and skydive. The simplest way is with a tandem jump, where you just have to enjoy the journey down. Or you can take a nice sightseeing flight above Texel for a reasonable price and experience unforgettable experience. Less adventurous, but just as much fun is going on a boat to take a boat trip on the sea to spot seals. Fishing trips are also organized or you can cast a fishing rod yourself from the beach. This is allowed without a permit.

Enjoy culinary
