Parking and public transport on Texel
Public transport on the island is well organized. A Connexxion scheduled service runs from the boat over Den Burg to De Koog. He visits some of our parks. There is also the Texelhopper. Small vans that drive, also to order, over all villages and along all sights. Texelhopper also takes pets with him. In connection with the Sunday regulation that is used, around the New Year's Eve on Texel, we advise you to consult the timetable in advance. Get a breath of fresh air on the beach, gently cracking your footsteps on snowy forest trails, or once it has frozen heavily, shooting beautiful pictures on a ripe covered heather. You can also skate quickly in the Waal and Burg wetlands. The New Year's Dive is also a New Year's tradition on Texel. Maybe exciting, to participate in yourself, but if you are not such a hero, also nice to attend the spectacle from the side.
Sightseeing
