Wi-Fi is available in all accommodation. In some accommodation, Wi-Fi is password-protected, which you can find in the information folder in your accommodation.
Most accommodation has its own washing machine and some also have a dryer. If you do not have your own laundry room, you can use the laundry room at the reception on Badweg 32. You can use the laundry room here for a fee.
The laundry room is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
It varies per accommodation whether pets are allowed and how many pets are allowed. When searching for your holiday home on the website, you can indicate directly how many pets you are bringing along. You will then only see the holiday home where the number of pet(s) you specify is/are allowed.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture and on the floors. Pets may not be left alone in the holiday home. They must be kept on a lead at all times within the parks and apartment complexes.
A check-out time of 10:00 applies to almost all accommodations, except for the Waalerburgt Nature Villas, this is 11:00. Would you like to check out later? This may cost € 24.50 per hour, a late check out can never be later than 2 hours after the original checkout time.
In our accommodations, dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the house. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, on the first floor of the accommodation and in the basement.

All foreign accounts can pay by bank transfer. We do not accept American Express, credit and mastercard.

It is possible to rent a hot tub at several accommodation units. It will be delivered to your holiday home from your arrival and is already waiting for you upon your arrival, so you can enjoy the hot water immediately that evening. All you have to do is keep the hot tub warm during your stay.

As a guest of Texelvakanties, it is possible to hire your bicycles in advance. If you reserve the bikes well in advance, you have the option of having them delivered and collected from your holiday accommodation. The bicycles will then be ready for you upon arrival at your rented accommodation.
Sandwiches Service Texel delivers delicious, freshly baked bread rolls all over Texel every day, at the desired address. You can find order forms in both the holiday homes and at the reception. It is also possible to choose from the wide range here and place the order.
Take care of yourself completely by booking bed service with towels.
Your bed will be made, towels (1 bath towel, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 1 tea towel and 1 kitchen towel) will be provided. You can also book a bathrobe, which is one size fits all.

We do not offer discount codes. The discounts we do offer are:
- 60+ discount: 5% off the bare rental price, valid in certain periods.You can inquire during booking in the comments field or contact reception at:

- Last minute discount: This discount varies and depends on the arrival date. The longstay discount and last minute discount are automatically applied to your booking. The 60+ discount has to be requested by yourself.
Long stay discount is automatically processed when booking longer than 10 nights.
The deposit must be paid at the same time as the property, and will be refunded to your account number known to us after 14 working days from the day of departure.
It is possible to cancel the booking if you have not yet paid a deposit. Once the down payment has been made, it is no longer possible to cancel free of charge. Unless you have cancellation insurance
If a travel agreement is cancelled, cancellation costs are payable by each traveller in addition to any reservation costs owed. The following conditions apply to cancellations of agreements relating to own-account travel:
- for cancellation of everything up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel sum.
- Cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the travel sum.
- Cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the day of arrival: 90% of the holiday price; *Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full holiday price
The 60+ discount only applies during certain periods.

Here's how it works when you come to Texel by car.
TESO provides hourly crossings between Den Helder and Texel. You do not need to book a date or time slot for this. It is possible to buy a ticket in advance and register your car or other means of transport for automatic access. Your ticket is also valid as a return ticket, so a separate ticket for the return trip is not necessary.
Visit TESO's official website for current fares and more information about the ferry service. As a foot passenger, you can buy a return ticket at the ticket office or easily online via the TESO website.
On Texel, there is 1 scheduled bus, which runs from the TESO ferry to Den Burg and then to De Koog and back.
For all other villages and the beach resorts, you can use a Texelhopper. You can book this by telephone or via the Texelhopper website: www.texelhopper.nl.
Electric charging stations are not available at all properties, if you would like to know if charging stations are available at your desired accommodation, you can always contact reception via email;
All our accommodation has its own parking space. The flats in Julliana have 1 parking space, which is assigned to the number of the accommodation you have rented. Are you coming with 2 cars? Please park 1 car in the car park at the jumbo in De Koog.
